City Finals

Eva Varlokostas rocked out in the 100m finishing 5th in the grade 6 girls.
Unstoppable Livia Collinson added another gold medal to her stacks as she finished 1st in the grade 4 girls 1500m
Mackenzie "Mack attack" wood took home the gold in the 1500m grade 4 boys
Liam "BIG MAN" Rivard destroyed the boys grade 5 1500m finishing first. Liam also went on to smash the City record by 3 seconds. Try and stop em.
Will Stuart gave it all in the grade 6 boys 1500m to finish 4th!
Will "Ginger" Morgan blazed double events taking home some Jewelery finishing 1st in the hurdles and a ridiculously close 3rd place finish in the 100m. (They had to take it to 0.0005)
What a day by these young athletes. It blows my mind on how exceptionally well everyone did.

BLUE AND GOLD ALL DAY BABY!!!
The Blue Devils destroyed the competition today at the Conference finals. Personal Bests, Top places and medals after medals demonstrated the Devils success. EVERY athlete stepped on the line and gave it there all!!
Jake Sinopoli had a huge race in the 800m finishing 5th, and 12 in the T-Jump, and 1st in the relay
Livia "Bling Bling" Collinson added to her collection another 1st place medal in the 1500m for girls grade 4
Gavin Pedder helped the boys roll the 4x400m relays
That smell of victory is in the air from the Devils. Put those heads in the air, great job by all!
Big man Liam Rivard gave people a show in the grade 5 boys 1500m and 800m letting the 1st place medals clang together!
Morgan Williams tore over the grade 6 hurdles finishing 6th and blazed the 200m finishing 7th!

Eva Varlokostas turned it up big in the prelim 100m to win her heat then come back and finish 2nd in the finals. Her relay team also finished 2nd
Cam "the man" Taylor 2nd flew over the hurdles finishing 2nd in the grade 7 boys!
Will "Ginger" Morgan didn't let anything stand in his way finishing 1st in the hurdles, and 1st in the 100m, helped clench the relay title.
"What What" Will Stuart took the 1500m finishing 1st in the boys grade 6.
Isabella Maudsley rolled the 200m finishing 7th in the girls grade 6.

CONFERENCE FINALS
ROCK OUT TOMORROW GUYS!!! It's the Conference Finals for many of you. It's GO BIG TIME!!!
Just remember everything we taught you guys. Run fast and have fun. You've all put in the work and are the most prepared for this. It's good to be nervous. In fact it's great! It means you care about this. Use it to your advantage and remember this happens to everyone!
Good luck and just do your best!

KATIE KILLIN IT!!!
Katie Stephens dominated the field today in the Kid of Steel Triathlon finishing 2nd in the girls ages 12-13 and 6th OVERALL!!! WHAT WHAT KATIE!!!!
For those who don't know much about Tri's, they involve a swim, bike and a run (in that order). Katie competed in a 150m swim, 9km bike ride and 2km run!!!! Katie tore it up in the race where she even lapped a few people!! Here she is, post race repping the Blue and Gold Devils!!!!
