We hope everyone has had a fantastic summer.  As summer ends it brings a new school year and new Cross Country Program.  Last year we had great success with the program having many athletes moving on to the District Finals and City Finals, numerous personal bests, Hershey's champions and provincial finalists!!!

Cross Country or Base training is vital to any athlete looking to advance themselves.  It is the Foundation to any sport.  It builds cardiovascular strength, which allows the body to deliver oxygen to the mucles faster; leading to less recovery time, reducing the risk of of injury or burnout, increasing immune system function and giving the body more energy. 

We have decided to continue with the original 8 week program of 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5 to 6pm at Birchmount Stadium. We have a variety of program options to allow you to customize your athlete's participation with their own schedule. To maximize their potential we really want to push to see them a minimum of 2 days a week.  As always, extra/bonus days will be added if extra training is needed.
